Having a new mattress or bed delivered is an exciting day and we want to make you feel very special.
Delivery service
Our focus on customer service and experience never ends! From the second you walk through our showroom door, through the full guarantee period and beyond we are here to ensure you get the best nights sleep of your life, night after night. Not forgetting the odd Nana nap too!
Our local delivery service is no exception to this. Our dedicated 2 man team of porters will arrive in a smart uniform in our sign written van.
They will ask to see the room where your new mattress or bed is going to be installed. Checks will be made for access and any hazards or possessions that may need to be moved.
If we are removing your old mattress or bed (see below for details on this service), then we will remove that first before installing your new mattress or bed.

This will ensure you get the very best from your Feather & Springs mattress or bed for many years.
